Mommy makeover in Turkey: combined surgery, safety and recovery
A “mommy makeover” combines several operations – usually a tummy tuck, a breast lift or augmentation and liposuction – in one session. It is a long operation (often 4–6 hours) under general anaesthetic with a longer recovery: plan 10–14 days in Istanbul and 3–4 weeks off work. Longer combined surgery increases risks, so ask whether staging it would be safer for you.

Key facts
Typical ranges for a healthy adult (sources at the bottom of the page). Your surgeon or dentist sets your own plan after examining you.
What it is
The combination is tailored to the changes after pregnancy: loose abdominal skin and separated muscles, volume loss or sagging of the breasts, stubborn fat on the waist. Combining means one anaesthetic and one recovery period, but also a longer operation, more blood loss and higher clot risk.
Techniques
Tummy tuck + breast lift
The most common combination.
Tummy tuck + augmentation-mastopexy
When breast volume is also wanted.
+ liposuction
Waist and flanks, sometimes back.
Staged surgery
Two separate operations months apart – sometimes the safer option.
