Gynecomastia surgery flattens an enlarged male chest by removing fatty tissue with liposuction and, usually, the firm gland behind the nipple through a small incision. It takes 1–2 hours, often under general anaesthetic, and most clinics plan 5–7 days in Istanbul. You wear a compression vest for several weeks.

What it is
Enlarged male breasts can be mostly fat (pseudogynecomastia), mostly gland, or both. Liposuction removes fat; a small incision at the edge of the areola lets the surgeon remove the gland. Excess skin, after major weight loss, may need longer scars. Medical causes (medication, hormones) should be checked first.
